BT ADDRESSBOOK TERMS OF SERVICE
By installing BT AddressBook application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“application terms”). Please read this Terms of Service carefully. By installing and using the BT AddressBook , you agree to be bound by the terms of service. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms, you may not access or use this service.
The “Application” shall mean the software provided by Brainsoft Technologies, to offer services related to Data Management, Data flow and Data execution,to be used on Android / IOS OS devices and any upgrades from time to time and any other software or documentation which enables the use of the Application.
Any personal information you supply via BT AddressBook regarding you, your associates, your references and other members will be strictly confidential and will not be distributed to third party services or any other means. Brainsoft Technocrafts is not responsible for any incorrect data regarding personal details of the members or any other data. You are strictly prohibited from accessing information of other members through the app, unless you are a user who has the right to.
Due to application maintenance the system may not be accessible to use at certain times. You agree to the possibilities of your use of the service being disrupted due to service maintenance and shall not held Brainsoft Technocrafts responsible for any loss incurred by you due to such service disruption on account of system maintenance.
All trademarks, copyrights, database, marketing rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Application together with the underlying software code are owned by Brainsoft Technocrafts . The company hereby grants you a worldwide usage of the application for your communication with your members.
You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to:
Make and distribute copies of the Application.
Attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Application.
Create derivative works of the Application of any kind whatsoever.
The Application is available to download and use for free on Google Play and App Store. Brainsoft Technologies reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Application, or service provided to you in accordance with these Application terms, at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider (‘Mobile Provider’) will continue to apply when using the Application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise. If you are not the bill payer for the mobile telephone or handheld device being used to access the Application, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Application.
This Application can be used in to handheld mobile devices running Android OS/ IOS Operating Systems. Brainsoft Technocrafts will put reasonable efforts to make the Application available at all times. However, you acknowledge the Application is provided over the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the Application may be affected by factors outside the company’s reasonable control. Brainsoft Technologies do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for unavailability of the Application, or any difficulty or inability to download or access content or any other communication system failure which may result in the Application being unavailable. Brainsoft Technologies accept the valuable feedback from users for making this app into better shape.
In order to use the Application, you are required to have a compatible mobile device or handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications (‘Software Requirements’). The Software Requirements are as follows: Android OS smartphone devices running Android OS 4.0.X to 4.1.X. The language used in the app is English. The version of the Application software may be upgraded from time to time to add support for new functions, features and services accordingly the minimum system requirements shall change.
Brainsoft Technocrafts Pvt Ltd. may terminate use of the Application at any time by giving notice of termination to you. Upon any termination
The rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate You must cease all of the Software.
